Digital Marketing Services for Masonic Lodges
Every lodge we work with is in one of a few situations. It has nothing online. It has something that stopped working years ago. It has a presence that nobody has time to keep up. Or it runs a building that earns revenue and needs to be marketed like the business it is. The work below is organized around those situations, not around what an agency happens to sell.
Four Paths, Depending on Where Your Lodge Stands
Most conversations land in one of these four places. Read the one that sounds like your lodge. If none of them quite fit, the fourth is there for a reason.
Foundation Projects
For a lodge starting from nothing, or from a site that no longer works.
The one-time work that establishes a presence. Branding, a website the lodge owns outright, search setup, and social profiles, delivered as a single project with a clear timeline and one point of contact.
- Logo, palette, typography, and a one-page brand guide
- WordPress website, mobile responsive, with a working contact form
- Google Business Profile and on-page search setup
- Social profiles set up and branded
Growth Retainers
For a lodge that has a presence and needs it kept alive month to month.
Ongoing care. Posts written and scheduled, search maintained, content produced, so the lodge stays visible without an officer spending his evenings on it.
- Social media posts written, designed, and scheduled
- Blog and Google Business Profile updates
- Search rankings monitored and maintained
- Monthly reporting the Secretary can actually read
For Venues and Businesses
For a lodge whose building earns revenue: weddings, receptions, rentals, catering.
A separate commercial presence, built and marketed differently from the lodge site. The venue competes with hotels and event halls for the same searches, and it needs to be built to win them.
- Dedicated venue website with booking inquiry
- Search work aimed at commercial event terms
- Instagram-first social presence
- Paid advertising where it earns its keep
Custom Scope
For a lodge whose situation does not fit a standard package.
Bilingual content. A complex program with many moving parts. A rebuild after a decade of inactivity. An appendant body with its own needs. Tell us what you are dealing with and we will scope it honestly.
- Scoped from a conversation, not a form
- Quoted in plain terms with no surprises
- Same standard of work as every other package
Each Piece of the Work, Explained on Its Own
The packages above combine these four disciplines in different proportions. If you want to understand one of them on its own terms, without the packaging, these pages go deeper. Each one is written for a lodge officer, not a marketer.
Website Design
What a lodge website has to do, what every build includes, and why the lodge should own it outright. The five things a site has to get right and the one handoff mistake that ruins most of them.
Search Visibility
How a man in your city finds a lodge, and why most lodges are invisible to him. Google Business Profile, on-page fundamentals, and the consistent listings that get a lodge onto the map.
Social Media
What a lodge should and should not post. Recovering accounts nobody can log into, branding the profiles, and keeping a steady presence without crossing the lines the fraternity keeps.
Paid Advertising
When it makes sense for a lodge, when it does not, and why it is close to essential for a venue. Campaigns run only where they earn their keep, with ad spend billed directly to the lodge.
The Same Process, Whatever the Package
The first conversation is not a sales call. It is a look at what the lodge has now, what it needs, and which path makes sense. Sometimes the honest answer is smaller than the lodge expected. Sometimes it is that the existing site can be repaired rather than replaced. We say so either way.
Once a scope is agreed, the lodge fills out an intake questionnaire. That covers history, meeting schedule, tone, what the lodge is comfortable publishing, and what it is not. Nothing goes on a site or a social account without an officer approving it first.
From there the timeline runs from intake completion, not from signing, because the lodge controls how quickly the material arrives. You have one point of contact throughout. When the work is done, everything transfers to the lodge: the site, the brand files, the accounts, the documentation.
Conversation
We look at what you have and tell you honestly what the lodge needs.
Scope and Quote
A one-page summary a Master can bring to his Secretary. Not a contract.
Intake
The questionnaire that turns the lodge’s history and voice into a brief.
Build
Clear timeline, one point of contact, officer approval on anything public.
Handoff
Full ownership transfers to the lodge, with documentation written for officers.
If You Are Reading This on Behalf of a Grand Lodge
Grand Lodges are served differently: not through packages, but through an endorsement partnership that builds the Grand Lodge’s own presence and extends a jurisdictional rate to every subordinate lodge. One relationship, an entire jurisdiction served.
Five Percent of Every Project Goes Back to the Craft
Every foundation project, lodge or venue, sends five percent to The Trowel Fund, a relief program for lodges that need a presence and cannot currently afford one. No lodge is turned away without a conversation.
Questions Lodge Officers Ask About Our Services
These come up in most first conversations. If yours is not here, ask it directly and I will give you a straight answer.
Which service does our lodge actually need?
If the lodge has no website, or one that no longer works, start with a Foundation Project. If the lodge has a working presence that nobody maintains, a Growth Retainer is the fit. If the lodge operates a venue, that is a separate conversation with its own page. When it is not obvious, tell us what you have and we will point you to the right one.
Why is pricing not listed on the website?
Because a number that fits one lodge misleads another. A five-page site for a lodge with a logo and a clear history is a different job from a rebuild for a lodge with neither. We would rather look at what you have and quote the work it actually requires. Most lodges find the figure smaller than they expected.
Do you work with appendant bodies and other fraternal organizations?
Yes. Scottish Rite and York Rite bodies, Shrine centers, Eastern Star chapters, and other benevolent fraternal orders face the same visibility problem and are served the same way. The Masonic sensitivity rules we hold to apply to all of them.
Can we start small and add services later?
That is the normal path. Most lodges begin with a Foundation Project and move to a Growth Retainer once the site is live and the officers see what it takes to keep it current. Lodges that commit to both at once receive a reduced rate on the first three months of the retainer.
What do you need from the lodge to begin?
Your meeting location and schedule, a working contact address for inquiries, a short account of the lodge and its history, and any photographs of the building or charitable work. Nothing confidential is required, and nothing about the lodge is published without an officer approving it first.
Do you work with lodges outside Colorado?
Yes. The work is done remotely and we serve lodges across the United States. Portfolio projects are underway in Texas, California, Florida, and New York, and Grand Lodges in any jurisdiction can begin with a conversation.
Not Sure Which Path Fits? That Is What the First Conversation Is For.
Tell us where your lodge stands today and what you want it to look like a few months from now. We will tell you honestly which of these makes sense.
